Do phytoestrogens lock up estrogen receptors? Is their weak affinity beneficial when compared to xeno and other forms of estrogen?

Through my own experience, I’ve found phytoestrogens to be far safer and not sure why there is so much fear with regards to ingestion.

Curious to know peoples thoughts on this

@TreasureVibe How minor was your gynecomastia? Did you have hard lumps or a disk under your nipples? Any side effects from taking Cleavers?
