Why inflammation metabolism is the same of a cancer one?

Can be the inflammation the trigger of cancer and not the dna damages lots of cancers haven't a genetic issue?

That's the view of Ray Peat if you replace inflammation by low metabolism in your statement. Genetic mutations are a consequence more than a cause of cancer.

Here is a TLDR of an article trying to explain the link between inflammation and cancer metabolism:
"Loss of osmolytes in a cell (due to stress/inflammation) decreases the structure of its intracellular water which disturbs its metabolism. In reaction, the cell adopts a cancerous metabolism."

I think most cancers are metabolic (and inflammatory), which partly explains why cancer rates have been increasing over time. I think there is a certain type of breast cancer that is genetic and there may be others as well but most are probably caused by diet and environment.
