Never had my PDE5 enzymes measured... I don't even know how they would do that haha.

But my experience, is that I get so many random erections from doing this (Not necassarily arousal), ESPECIALLY since I started taking Ecklonia Cava, which is the most underrated nitric oxide enhancer that I know of.

A side note on berberine...it is an maoi for both A and B in addition to what it does in the liver for insulin and blood sugar. I had taken it for 3 months as rec by my ND. Horrid withdrawal when I stopped after learning of the maoi activity.

@dodg4kat how long before you felt the withdraw? I took bb for a couple months daily and then stopped for a week and did not notice any withdraw symptoms... the half life is short, so theoretically the withdraw should be obvious just after a day...

I don’t think it’s good. I took some and it was estrogenic.
