I've been experimenting with different q''s lately -- ubiquinol, liposomal q10, etc -- and also NAC.
None of them seem to do much and the NAC actually has a really creepy effect on me. I tried glutathione and felt sick. I'd theoretically love to provide an antioxidant to my mitochondria but I'm not sure about mito q. Seems like it might be *too* powerful, or something. I read somewhere it has an effect on stem cells.
Anybody with any experience with this?
