Recently I’ve noticed a trend of pro-cholinergic
supplements being touted as beneficial additives.
Alpha-GPC is derived from soy or sunflower lecithin.
How beneficial could it be?

Most people will report improvements in cognition with use of choline supplements like Alpha-GPC or racetams. This is generally where the benefit lies. Choline can also improve digestive and autonomic functions. You are more likely to see these types of improvements if you dont get much choline in your diet.

If you get enough choline in your diet you should not really need to use these types of supplements. Its best to stick to eating eggs since the yolks are high in choline, as well as meats, milk/yogurt/kefir also help contribute to choline intake. The added benefit is these foods will provide other micronutrients you need as well as plenty of choline.

Truely sorry to hear that.
Have you found anything that does work?
My anhedonia finally cleared, for the most part. Still feel it every now and then. I had to implement many things. Carnivore helped, now doing peat. The sugar with niacinamide really helps.

The study I was recently reading about
Alpha-GPC seemed to be very positive about it’s
“Nutropic” effects.
This label always gives me a twitch.
