Not good. Hypothyroid. Dr. PEAT recommends under one, and recently talked about .40 being what he thinks is best. That was on an interview with Patrick timpone.

Avoiding pufa and consuming coconut oil helps with thyroid. Any other advice for someone that wants to increase thyroid hormone and hopefully decrease tsh?

Ideal Man,
everyone is different, i need about 2.5 but my wife runs at 0.2 or less. At 0.2 i gain weight, lots of it. My wife had thyroid cancer and i had hyperthyroidism.

How do you feel, are you gaining weight?

My understanding, level of TSH reflects inflammation process some where in the body and not directly related to the health of the thyroid, also as RP mentioned in his interview the TSH level can be compensated down by the extra production of adrenalin or cortisol, so when you analyzing TSH take a look at the stress hormones level
