Say 3-11 am. As long as you're getting enough sunlight during the day, and making sure you sleep in a dark room. Would there be any issues with this?

Wondering the same thing. I can't fall asleep until a certain time, and that's usually late in the early morning hours.

Personally I wouldn't say that sleep pattern is problematic (provided you're getting enough sunlight/hours of sleep) however not being able to fall asleep until the early hours of the morning indicates that you're running on stress hormones. Sundown should help cue the body to go into sleep mode and should naturally make you feel tired at around 8-11pm provided metabolism is good.

When you're body is geared into running on stress hormones triggers for those hormones will wake you up instead of make you tired (naturally nocturnal people etc), but if you're sleep pattern is like this due to work commitments/lifestyle then it shouldn't be too bad.
