Its a seed, a nut and a fruit. It can classify as all three. Id say its all three at the same time. But if you want a specific one thing to call it. Possibly it would be nut. As in COCO NUT. but make pick. In the end its just coconut. And our definitions are just human creations to try and help us convey ideas to other People. Why are you wondering?
Botanically speaking, it’s a dry drupe—a fruit—but if using a loose definition, it’s also considered a seed and nut.
