These are my results from last blood tests:

Serum Iron: 110 ug/dl Ref: 65 – 175

Transferrin: 196 mg/dl Ref: 215 – 365

Ferritin: 230 ng/ml Ref: 22 – 322

I don’t understand if my low transferrin comes from iron overload or Anemia of chronic disease?

Symptoms are fatigue and joint pain on my legs and low body temperature.

Anemia of chronic disease is characterized by high ferritin, low transferrin, and sometimes low serum iron. Only your transferrin is low so not sure why you decided you have iron overload or anemia of chronic disease. Low transferrin and normal other iron parameters is usually due to hypothyroidism.
