Involuntary Reduction In Calories And Bodyfat

Hello guys! I'd like to share an observation and ask for some insights.

For the past two weeks, my caloric intake started to decrease gradually, without forcing it.

I was eating around 3200 calories per day on average. Then I gradually started to demand only 3000, 2700 and so on calories. Now I eat around 2400-2600 calories per day.

I am a male, 77 kg, 12% bodyfat. I lost around 2 kg in these past two weeks and I am considerably leaner. I eat high sugar, good protein (around 130 grams per day) and very low fat (around 20 grams per day).

What is a possible explanation? My bodyfat decreases and my sleep is much better. Is my metabolism reacting better to the calories so the usage of my nutrients is better? My sugar comes from cherries, strawberries and fruit jams. I drink low fat milk and cheese and cod fish for protein.

I supplement glycine 1 gram and zinc 15 mg. I am happy to see this reduction in bodyfat involuntary. My appetite does not ask for more food.
