Hi everyone,

I have been reading this forum for about 9 months now (and learning so many things: thanks to all !!!), the same time that i started with RP.
With RP style diet I have improved many things in my health !
I'm also doing orthomolecular integration since 5 years.
My hobby is bodybuilding, but i take it easy (3 workout each week): I don't want to hinder my thyroid more.
Actually i'm only measuring my heart beat and rarely I reach >= 75 bpm (I'm not measuring my temperature).
I will open a thread to discuss my diet.

Thanks to everyone for reading this and I apologize for my english that is far from perfect !
