I want to aggressive stay on top of this. I just plain actively work on this daily and frankly I am not going to give up on this.

Ill be honest here and say I definitely expected less "optimal" results considering my hair shed.

Short story made long - I am trying to get my energy and hair density back after years of stupidly long and hard workouts couple with anti nutrition. Hair Loss, Grogginess And More - Where The Heck Do I Start?

I started shedding in July, and finally had bloodwork on the 6th of August. Now I have finally found a way to electronically access my labs as opposed to my physicians verbal opinion on them.

Some of my numbers don't look too bad from then. Obviously there is a lot missing so I am looking for suggestions on the next blood test or other test I should have and what to include

To me it looks like something called Transient Hypercholesterolemia which means Cholesterol, and I believe HDL's and LDL's also temporarily go up as well as one's losing weight. Have you lost a decent amount of weight recently?

It's not a cause for concern as the numbers stabilize as the weight balances out.

So back in august I did a short aggressive "cut" to get beach ready. I lost maybe 10 lbs or so in like 6 weeks. Had great energy at the time felt fine, sexual function was fine, nothing really to speak of, was performing in the gym great(long workouts I know were bad then) then...

Hair loss, grogginess etc(i made another thread about this too). Like a switch was flipped and I havent felt the same since. Hair still falling with ZERO improvement

Now more than 6 months later no change. Weight has basically been 173-175 for the past 6 months.

Sleep generally leaves me wanting to sleep more. I feel groggy and my eyes feel like they are "sleepy" like when you wipe the stuff from your eyes in the morning. I generally sleep 8+ a night, its like it doesnt even recharge me. I want my hair back and I just plain dont know what to do.

Here is something to consider:

FLUORIDE. Is you water fluoridated? Also, consider that the food sources can be sprayed with fluorinated pestisides along with glycosates.

Just do a search - Fluoride Hair Loss, and there you will find lots of info.
