Man that is amazing innit, downing half a kilo of honey? A tablespoon fills me up so bad I couldn't imagine having more htan a tablespoon, and I LOVE honey. But it's so thick, sugary. Sir, you are one hell of a honey slayer!
peoples say the same to me,so i assumed that either i have a 5000 calories metabolism that i wasnt aware of,or i have a fungal infection that rewiring my brain to make me eat as much as possible.i can do that with either very high fructose to glucose ratio honey like acacia honey or higher glucose ratio such as like honey that are set,creamy or cristallise.

My recipe
  • 1 grated carrot
  • grated fresh ginger root
  • heavy salt
  • 1-2 tsp coconut oil
  • optionally, 1 tbsp ACV
Within moments and while I'm eating, I get this instant boost
  • feel more grounded, warm
  • all is well, I am safe
  • body is tingling
Has anyone had this experience? What do to to make the benefits permanent?
I think I also suffer from brain fog and clinging to obsessive thoughts. I'll be spending my day foggy and negative, then in some rare moments, while I'm having the carrot salad or walking in the city sipping OJ, I get a sudden shift in perception. At that moment, I wonder why I was so negative and self-defeatist all about?
It’s the ginger probably. I always use it, imroves my digestion, makes me warm and calm.
