If you notice, on the posting page it will look a little bit different now.

If you scroll over each button, a popup will come up explaining each buttons functions. Once you familiarize yourself with its functions I am sure you will like it.

The change of text things are pretty silly. But the "off topic quote" is pretty cool, also the "insert a search word" is really cool. And we needed the "youtube" and media because the old one we were using has a bug in it. It does other neat stuff too.
