I don't need to read more .. if you need to take a drug so you can keep on ejaculating that is only going to make more problems in the long run.

I think the need to masturbate might be driven primarily by nitric oxide as opposed to testosterone. I've completely lost my desire to masturbate for quite a while now after I started taking methylene blue.

popularization of it. Truth is that according to currently available evidence you probably should ejaculate once in a while, if it makes you feel better. Simple as that, nofap is a viral campaign, a promoted concept that is not rooted in anything but belief.

Maybe even promoted by people that have gone manic from unresolved urges?

See, i have no doubt nofap makes a masturbation addict feel better. But better than doing it once a week? That is not any longer supported by evidence, AFAIK.

There's no fap forums where plenty of people feel better with no ejaculation .. I also feel better with no ejaculation ..

According to Nathan Hatch, elevated levels of nitric oxide (a stress hormone) can cause excessive sexual desire, and he suggests eating GABA-promoting root vegetables like sweet potato and taro to calm it down.

I think injaculation can be a good substitute for NoFap. You still experience the orgasm, satiety, and relaxation; but you don't experience the low energy, lowered motivation, lowered mental capacity, lowered mood etc. that happen after the ejaculation.

The question is, is this dangerous in the long term? Could it have any negative effects on human physiology?

I used caberglonine low dose and didn’t see any improvement in that matter. I would give low dose naltrexone a try, but I was expecting reduced refractory periods and more libido/desire.

The decrease in androgen receptors from multiple ejaculations per day seems like the most likely reason for the negative symptoms associated with male masturbation. It seems the brain and body aren't usually capable of multiple ejaculations per day without increasing stress hormones unless metabolism is very high and even then enough consecutive days of multiple ejaculations per day could raise stress hormones chronically.

So the general advice to men should probably be no more than one ejaculation per day.

But those with already damaged metabolisms and hormonal profiles are probably going to feel better decreasing frequency significantly more until they have resolved their problems.

I've seen guys on nofap forums (even very young guys) say their ED did not go away even after many months of zero masturbating. So it's clear something long term can sometimes be pushed out of balance in some males through multiple ejaculations per day and sometimes it doesn't just fix itself. They aren't just making this up. Something real is going on.

I think this most likely is a decrease in androgen receptors, things that increase androgen receptors density and decrease prolactin would probably be the most helpful for recovery from too frequent ejaculation. If a couple months of no ejaculation doesn't fix it, obviously there's more going on that needs to be addressed.

I know how to perform non-ejaculatory orgasms, simply by flexing your core for about to 15-20 seconds. The orgasm feels different and may mislead you it isn't the same as a normal climax, but in fact it is just a weaker orgasm with the same negative effects and people tend to overdo it afterwards.

The goal is to cut down orgasms to maybe one in every two or three weeks (if you can't live without them). Life is so much more enjoyable without them.

It's possible to control libido with vitamins E and C, but also molybdenum. If you overdo it to the point of lacking interest in sex, you can make it your new virtue and brag for how long you don't ejaculate.
How would you do that?
