Hey guys,

I am struggling to get my temps up, especially morning temps. I am usually at 97.34 F in the morning.

So I recently bought one of these to faster track my temps: Original Xiaomi Mijia iHealth Thermometer Accurate Digital Fever Infrared Clinical Thermometer Non Contact Measurement LED Shown-in Smart Remote Control from Consumer Electronics on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group

Product performance:
Measuring position: forehead center
Measuring distance: ≤ 3cm
Measuring range: 32 ° C - 42.9 ° C
Measuring accuracy: 35 ° C - 42 ° C Range: ± 0.2 ° C Other range: ± 0.3 ° C
Resolution: 0.1 ° C
Clinical reproducibility:within ± 0.3 ° C
Operating environment range :16.0 ° C - 35.0 ° C ≤ 85% RH 70kPa - 106kPa

It gives an instant reading in about 1 second and I usually do like 5 readings and take the average of that.

It goes up to 98.06 F during the day but morning is always low. I've been on 0.5 grain NDT for a couple months with improvements, doing Peat diet etc.

Often I can measure forehead 97.34 F but at the same time I measure 97.88 in my armpit. What do you think is most accurate?

Also, I noticed that it is impossible to take accurate temperature when sweaty or humid, always test lower then.
