Inflamed small intestines?

What could be done for this issue? When I massage the area of the Ileocecal valv it feels kind of inflamed. It feels like there is food trapped too mostly and it makes some strange sound when I massage that area.

I’ve read good things about camphoric acid. I think also having a good bile flow and supporting the liver as well as frequent BMs is very crucial in this case.
