On a low heat pan add in,

goat milk , 250ml

coconut oil, only 2 tablespoons,

sweetener of choice (honey, coconut sugar)

now add in

piece of chocolate

or

red lakes gelatin

Keep whisking as each ingredients melts, or the coconut oil will float on top. Or use a handheld frother.

takes 2 minutes to make

pour in a glass. It honestly tastes great, I could not taste the coconut oil.

Good work.
Unfortunately, this section is as dead as a the libido of paleo folks.

Were all eating for nourishment. Unfortunately techniques such as whisking and cooking aren't always optimally nourishing. Also, spices aren't great. That limits possible recipes heavily.

what about spices ?

this recipe could not be simpler

anyway

updated :

milk , 250ml
egg yolk, throw the white away

sugar/honey
coconut oil

gelatin
chocolate shavings - maybe omit.

add ALL to a boiling pan, keep on medium heat,

whisk with a handheld electric frother (they cost 3 dollars) . this makes sure the oil doesn't float and is integrated into the drink. It's done in about 3 minutes.

the end result is incredible

I have been doing something similar to this. Warm milk with sugar, vanilla and gelatin. Tastes awesome. Recently I've been adding an egg yolk to the mix, which I guess is similar to eggnog...

So coconut oil gets mixed in milk?!I mean its invisible at the end?!

Yes, that's why I thought it was so amazing.

I have 2 thoughts.

The egg yolk emulsifies the coconut oil.

Or the honey did.

Either way, the coconut oil did not float on top and I found this incredible.

Just add every ingredient to a medium heat pan and boil them down, and stir. The oil really won't float on top.

Thanks @johnwester130 for the link.

I cant open it unfortunetly.

But it looks like a bulletproof coffee, which I wonder if it be better to use cold coffee!and maybe reheat it again after blending.

Pouring that hot coffee in a blender with plastic parts doesn't sound right to me.

I see you mentioned the whisk,I would try that.

It is bulletproof coffee with sugar added, I don't believe in burning fat.

Secondly, this is quieter, because I use a frother, not a giant blender.

Has anyone tried this recipe ? The oil really does not float on top of the drink, it's incredible, this is an incredible discovery.

recipe update

add all ingredients to pan (milk, sugar, oil, coffee, ginger, chocolate, egg yolk, maybe salt)

boil them down

pour in a glass

add in gelatin to glass

put frother in the cup, but don't turn it on before you put it in. now froth it. the oil won't float. I made the recipe 3 times a day for 25 days, the oil never floated on top.

The egg yolk and also the milk, as both are used to make mayo!
You have emulsified the coco oil.
You can also do coco mayo....

I also do the coffee recipe, but when coffee, I put no milk.
With coffee I put a little of a blend of spices, or just cardamome or cinnamon, as they make the coffee easier on the stomach, less acid.
