I'm going to guess it's the calcium "rush" why? Because only 3 substances give me the rush you are talking about.

Coffee
Vit D
And RAW milk

maybe same rules as coffee apply, do it on a full stomach, after a meal, after glycogen stores have been filled.

also check temps and pulse, if in the "hypo" range correct that, as it's probably not allowing Mg retention. This can partially be done (while working on pulse and temps) by increasing the alkaline minerals (Mg, NaCl, K) and of course keeping phosphate relative to calcium low.

I would echo what LucH posted: the metabolisation to active Vit D necessitates the presence of the magnesium ion; you might drive down your magnesium levels by supplementing with Vit D.

Increase your magnesium supplementation.
