Increasing Natural Test Production With Pregnenolone

What would the optimal topical dosage of pregnenolone be to best increase natural test production (and where would it be applied)? I would be using topical pregnenolone in this instance.

I'd like to optimize testosterone production but avoid conversion of it into progesterone or estrogen.

Also, would it need to be cycled or could it be taken year round?

I can tell you, oral pregnenalone will not change Testosterone values at all. Only Androstenedione can do that, or maybe it's precursor, DHEA.
