What are some (theoretical and real) methods and substances you know of to increase or decrease body conductivity? Let's disambiguate between skin conductance, cell conductivity, tissue conductivity, and body conductivity :)

Standard medicine measures blood electrolytes including sodium, which affect neural function if too far out of range. Sodium chloride added to food, or in severe cases in controlled IV saline solution is standard for hyponatremia.

RBTI used meters to measure urine conductivity. Dissolved salts in urine being one of the parameters they use in assessing someones health state and needs.

I think galvanic skin response (GSR) meters are sold to provide biofeedback to help people reduce their stress responses for purposes such as anger management etc.

Hormones change how much of the electrolytes are retained or lost via kidneys. Thyroid, aldosterone, ADH, ... I'm not up with all the complexities.

What about the balance of magnesium/copper/potassium/sodium/calcium/chromium et al? Could better ratios allow for significant increases of some conductive substances in each cell or tissue?
