So how much Vitamin E are folks taking? Just got my Unique-E Liquid yesterday. thanks.

I don't know about cancer prevention, but as far as infarct prevention, the Shute brothers showed 800 IU per day to be protective.

Now, the fact 99% of Vit E is dissolved in estrogen rich Soyben oil is an immense annoyance.

One will just have to spend top dollars for unique E.

The tocotrienols im taking are from palm oil is that ok or may I upgrade
