Increase Posts Per Page

Hi,

I've just registered hoping I could increase the posts per page because many of threads here are often 10-20 pages long and it's helpful to view more posts per page without having to go through pages and pages.

I know vbulletin allows users to configure posts per page, can we have something here that's similar?

Thanks.

You should be able to do it in your "user control panel" under profile:

ucp.php?i=901

Thanks, I missed that.

I've tried entering 10, 20, 50 and each time clicking 'submit' but the threads aren't updating to reflect the change.

Is this only on my end?

Looks like a glitch in the software or either the style we are using. I will trouble shoot it soon as I can.

I put a limit of 70 for posts for page. Maybe it should be 50?

Held off installing it because it puts some extra load on the server and I was running out of cpu. We good with cpu right now.

Thanks, Charlie. Can we also reinstate being able to PDF entire threads? It was really helpful for keeping offline notes.

And I miss the upvotes! So much easier to skim a long thread (e.g.the fibre thread).

Perfect. My justification for registering has now been quenched.

@charlie Am I right that this feature has been removed since 2015? Either that or I am possibly missing something very obvious...

If so, bump to this request. It would be super useful, even at the 50-70 per page limit, or somehow incorporated into the Print feature? :innocent::innocent::innocent:

It is not available anymore. That was on the prior forum software we were using and I had installed an add on to do it. Have not seen an add on for this software.
