If you push through the flatline (first 2-3 weeks for me), you'll be rewarded.
My problem is that I fail before hitting 3 weeks.

What do you mean by vibration? Like the angstrom energy of food theory type of vibration? If so I tend to agree. Even without changing diet or anything I feel more vibrant. Like I say, peak benefits occur at the 1-2+ month mark in my experience. I actually find it easier once you can get past 1-2 weeks. Before the 1-2 week mark though, you're constantly battling the "Chaser" effects, which can be hard to overcome. I finally got my 2 week streak in the first time possibly this whole year and I plan to go 20 weeks if I can now... I'm starting to feel the benefits and I always remember how good it is. Eventually you just have to tell yourself over and over that relapsing is NEVER worth it EVER (though your brain always tries to trick you, but tell me one time you relapsed that you were glad you did? I sure can't think of one time. So remind yourself that when your brain tries to trick you). It's difficult, but you just gotta do it, is all there is to it. I'm also attempting #noTV and #noVideogames as theres tons of benefit here as well, but no luck here. I relapse almost every day LOL

you can have occasional relapses but the general idea is to go for nofap. And start dating. Those two things get you through to the other side and you have no more ED.

T is on the low side. Yeah I also wonder if pituitary dysfunction of some kind can be induced by excessive masturbation especially when not already in optimal metabolic function and androgen levels to manage prolactin correctly. That’s my guess of what often happens to guys with these symptoms.

Bromocriptine in the least probably wouldn’t hurt. It does more than just lower prolactin and stimulates normal metabolism in other ways too.

If it is pituitary related it’s probably better to address that first instead of going straight for T therapy, although some form of DHT might be therapeutic. I’d try a dopamine agonist first though and then thyroid if that improves symptoms.

Lol, no way.
Also it mostly depends on where you are. Some countries like this have people selling veterinary metergoline which might be easy to buy without a Rx.

Hello all. I am a 25 year old male who for the last 6 years has suffered with terrible E.D. I am now at a complete loss on what to do, as I initially thought my E.D has devolved due to over masturbating/porn addiction but am now beginning to think the problem could be physical.

I have zero sex drive, I am unable to get erect by myself or with pornography and my erections with my GF get to 60% at best, and I always prematurely ejaculate after a few penetrations. I don't think I've had a full erection in about 5 years now.

I have no idea what to do, and was wondering if anybody had any knowledge on how I can help myself with this be it through diet, supplementation or anything else.

Please help me.
you have to check morning prolactine, cortisol, testosterone, estradiol, acth,lh,fsh. it will give us better picture. if you have tumor on pituitary, you probably secrete to much of prolactine or acth.

Thank you, I got my testosterone levels checked last year and they came back "normal" at 17.6 nmo/L. TSH came back 1.49MI/L. I couldn't find anything regarding prolactin, so I think I may need to get this checked. My worry is I have developed a tumour on my pituitary gland.

Yeah, testosterone is normal even if some say it is low (no doctor will accept a value of 507 ng/dL as low), as total value, yet Free Testosterone can tell a totally different story, often that is plummeted to very low values, especially if you say low muscle mass that usually goes with low Free Testosterone. So you might have like 700ng/dL and be normal Test, yet free will be to the ground low.
As for Prolactine it is better to to a test rather than think it is high.

The issue with not ejaculating with your gf is that some girlfriends don't find sex appealing if you don't ejaculate. It's a turn on for them and they think they are sexually desired and wanted. I tried to do no ejaculation with my gf but she just feels weird about all of it. If you have similar situation, you may need to limit the number of sex to a maximum of two times a day and eat some b6 and zinc food to lower your prolactin. And quit gluten because that thing actually increases prolactin from my own experience.

But some girls if they orgasm they seem to not care what happens with you after that, they could care less if you ejaculate or not, you might as well stop and go get some OJ, but this is more like relationship type of thing. Weirdly enough one/two night stands seem to make certain girls way more interested and much more wilder than in a relationship.

To get one night stand, you need to go to a club. Clubs definitely attract a certain group of women. The wild risk taking love clubbing and that gives the guys more chance to get that chance.

While the clubs do attract a certain group of women, in reality you don't have to go to a club to get a one night stand (usually it is more than one night stand, like 2-3)
You can hook up with someone at the gym, even more so if you are in a gym in place where you don't even live, just went there for a week or a month.
You can have a job that entails contact with many new people, which you kind of know you won't be seeing them any time soon again, especially if they live in other areas.
And there's many other ways without even ever setting a foot in a club or an actual place of "having fun".

Try b2 — also a good idea to increase androgens, which riboflavin will aid in if you’re exercising. Get good (saturated) fats in and boost your calories.

Check for venous leakage, varicocele, prostate health, hormonal profile( testosterone, free testosterone, shbg, estrogen)
These physical things may significantly affect your erection quality.
If everything mentioned above comes back as normal, without any issue, go ahead with stopping porn and limiting masturbation to 2-3 times a week.
