Improved Mental Clarity From Saturated Fat

Lately I have noticed better mental clarity and blood sugar balance from saturated fat, specifically chocolate and dairy fat-- not coconut oil. I am somewhat at a loss for why this would be other than it is allowing for more absorption of fat soluble vitamins. I am not feeling these benefits from sugar alone, which makes me feel like I am running on adrenaline.

I think coconut oil and mct oil push carbs metabolism and are processed very rapidly, if you consume a meal high in proteins or starch it can be an issue. The other things which can help with this problem are fructose and maybe fibers depending on how you tolerate them imo. When I used low doses of b3 aspirin and coconut oil I ran into my first low blood sugar experience.

Try Caprylic acid. C8 chain in coconut oil. You will get an amazing mental boost.

Also cacao butter has same effect

Same here, I am actually feeling more like my old self. Calm and poised in the face of stress instead of panicky. My focus is also more stable.
