I have been studying / reading RP for PMDD solutions as they are destroying my life. Have gotten into his nutrition side of things as well.

If PMDD means 'premenstrual dysphoric disorder', I hope you'll lots of ideas here and reading Peat. He really does know a bit about those reproductive hormones and how to straighten them out.

I guess you've come across progest-e? Diet is certainly worth looking into. One of Peat's first recommendations for high estrogen symptoms is the daily raw carrot salad.
