Studies show up to 200mg prog daily in men has zero side effects and no significant change on hormonal panel.

I highly doubt your face changed, you probably just got fat/water-y but the underlying structure very likely did not change substantially.

Stop using DHEA, it’s a functional androgen antagonist.

Focus on bringing your prolactin down; sunlight, p5p supplementation and adequate dietary vitamin e (cranberry juice is a good source)

@fedelio thanks for your reply

1000% my face changed. Ive had numerous people say it to me, that i look younger, more "innocent"...regarding my jaw not being as big anymore, i dont look as manly/masculine.

I havent taken any of the above mentioned horomes or anything else since 2018.

Ya my prolactin is slightly above the range. Had a ct scan yesterday to find out more ....****88 i never knew dhea was a androgen antagonist.

Already taking p5p.

Do you think my theory would work...?

The overall distribution of muscle affects perception of the face alot.

It isn't just the jaw muscles but the entire body posture seems to play a part. I can see how losing muscle would affect the face.

Stop talking to "numerous people" about your looks. Wanna be more manly? Stop thinking about how you look all day like an OnlyFans contractor.

Im back again and i need so serious help. This whole this is effecting my mental health. I dont recognise the person in the mirror any more and havent for a long time. The progesterone/pregnenolone/dhea has change my facial features so much its causing me major depression....

My head is fried. Ive had to takeca month off work to clear my head.

I have a question....
Since the above hormones changed my facial features so much, does anybody here think that if took TRT it would help reverse the changes some what is know this would take time but i be willing to do it if i knew i could get a result.

My total T at the moment is 26, its pretty healthy but i havent seen my face change to becoming more manly at all really....

I researched the whole internet but no straight answers surely someone here would know of in theory know...

Understand that embarking on TRT can cause a lifelong dependency before making any moves there. I suggest using Haidut's Kuinone in the navel, face, and pelvic region. Tocovit is very useful as well. Make sure your not lacking in vitamin D or A.

A Peat-y diet will be key. I suggest trying maca in combination with chocolate a few days of the week, as well as running tribulus for a while. Cistanche is also noteworthy. Lisuride, Metergoline, or Cabergoline would be wise considering your prolactin situation.

If somehow all of the above fails, the fellas over on this thread -- Finally Cured From Post Finasteride Syndrome -- seem to have had success crawling out of the depths of hell.

@Yody appreciate the feedback but its going to take more than few supplements to make this right.

I look alot different...
As for the dopamine side of this ive been reading dht is responsible for neurogenesis and i think perhaps the progesterone down regulated dht receptors which is affecting dopamine etc

I think some members of this thread are struggling to believe the face change. Why don't you send some pics so people can see the difference? You can put a black bar across the eyes if you are worried about remaining anonymous.

@koreus im too embarrassed about it. I just got my new drivers liscence recently...5 years apart and it was a couple of months before i started the progesterone. The difference is striking and actually there is a stark difference in my eyes. Before, confident, dominant looking male, now in the new pic i look a like a young boy with that "deer caught in head lights" look. Definite change in jaw shape and head size too.
I dont want to put pics up on the internet because **** knows what somebody would do with them.

Fair enough dude. If I were you I would focus on increasing your T levels, it's something objective, easy to measure and see if you are making progress. Any face changes should be downstream of that.

I started taking progesterone in 2016 (for fatigue) and completely got my numbers mixed up for 2 weeks i was taking something like 80-100mg of progesterone (not under doctor supervision).
Then i found a doctor who specialises in fatigue. She put me on 20mg of progesterone a day and 65mg dhea/pregnenolone. I was naive and though more was better so would take 2 pumps of progesterone (40mg) a day every now and again. My testosterone was 440 ng/dl in 2016 (i was 26yrs old) im now 29 years old and i had my T test last week and it is 290 ng/dl. I feel completely ***t and my body is completely loosing it shape, double chin, fat at hips, soft muscle, my libido is gone and my penis has shrunk a little.
Prior to this i was always quite solid and muscley, square jaw...now i just look skinny fat.
I stopped taking progesterone in late to mid 2017 and stopped Dhea/pregnenolone in Sept 2018. Im worried ive completely ****88 myself from the progesterone..
..what can i do to get my test back up naturally?
Please tell me this can be reversed?
Please help!!!

I only found out recently progesterone is what trans use to lower their T....Wtf!!!!
Has your hair changed at all?
