limonene??

Your always moving from one thing to the next. Can you at least give updates about your past experiments?

My theory never changed.

The method has though. You can use limonene to dissolve gallstones, liver stones and calcium it would seem.
I just never imagined this ingredient would work until I read the baldness and lymph thread.

I am going to try limonene and see what it does for me.

Ok, Can you tell us which things you've ditched as failed experiments then?
I still use some topicals you used to suggest for controlling sebum .
Limonene is interesting for sure just give us updates what happens please

I no longer do topical caffine.
No longer do topical taurine.

I have began to make my own bottles of supplements and do 15ml vit E/15 ml Alcohol with 1 gram each of Prog/DHEA

Appreciate the update, how much prog/dhea are you getting per usage?

Is there any risk in not adding the dhea? I've been using prog topical on scalp no dhea

what if the sludge blocking the system is just cholesterol and fat, not literally calcium?

We have tried k2, magnesium etc for years with little success.

Limonene will cut straight through the cholesterol and dissolve fat like nothing else.

I made this account so I could make this post.
In order to fix peyroine we must eliminate inflamation and fibrin in early stages and reverse calification in later stages. We should have a post about "x"s, their benefits, studies and ranked.
Note: Chronic(late) mixers will mostly all help in early phases since they remove the progression of the scar, calcium and plaque.

Acute(early) Phase
Goals: Lower inflammation, reduce pain, soften and remodel tissue

1.Verapil Tropical: Proven and Medically Used to prevent calcium deposits, scar and fibrin deposits.

2.Caster oil: Evidence and used as Caster oil packs to lower inflammation, softens tissue and reduces pain
Castor Oil for Inflammation - Is it a Myth?

3.Emu oil: Proven to reduce inflamation, possibly reduces pain, possibly softens tissue.( need more info on emu oil vs caster oil)
7 Proven Emu Oil Benefits - Healthy Focus

4.Potaba:(Paba): Prevents scar formation and reduces fibriods. I placed it in acute because study did not specifiy how long the patients had peyronie for.
A review of the epidemiology and treatment of Peyronie’s disease

5.Geranium oil: Reduces inflammation
Suppression of neutrophil accumulation in mice by cutaneous application of geranium essential oil - Journal of Inflammation

6.Alo vera:Known to reduce pain and improve healing(provide a link im tired)

7.Methyl salicylate: Prevents inflammation
"However, in the body it metabolizes into salicylates, including salicylic acid, a known NSAID
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)"

8.Boron: Might prevent scar formation
Action of boron at the molecular level - Biological Trace Element Research

9.Vitamin E: Frankly USELESS, studies where some inflammation is REDUCED have done so with ORAL Vitamin E. Studies on scars post trauma with TROPICAL Vitamin E show no improvement. Some show slightly worse healing and this has also mentioned in another artical. Forgot to mention that the only use Vitamin E could have is clearing out free radicals after we have found another mix to consistently remove calcification.

The effects of topical vitamin E on the cosmetic appearance of scars - PubMed

10. Hydrocortisone?: Cream used to reduce inflammation and allergic reactions. Not sure if its safe to use since I was told it thins the skin. Feedback Appreciated

Chronic to stable phase:
Goals: Reverse/prevent calification, soften tissue, reduce scar tissue

1.Magnisium (MgSO4/Epsom Salts or
Magnesium chloride): Proven to reduce and prevent calification, and soften tissue.
Soft tissue calcification treated with local and oral magnesium therapy - PubMed

Calcification and Its Treatment with Magnesium and Sodium Thiosulfate

2.Vitamin C(Acsorbic Acid): The user "melting" has talked extensively on this. Prevents Scar tissue formation, Softens tissue, Possibly reverses calification.
Vitamin C in dermatology

3.Vitamin K(k2): Possibly reverses Calification
Vitamin K2 may reverse calcification of blood vessels in people with kidney disease

4.Iodine(Mainly "Lugol's Iodine"/SSKI):Promotes correct healing, very slowly reduces scar tissue( when applied twice a day for about a year directly on/into scar) Possibly Anti-Inflammatory.

5.Natriumthiosulfat Na2S2O3 pharmaceutic:
Reverses calification as the user "melting" pointed out.
Quote
"Furthermore, the enhanced aqueous solubility of calcium thiosulfate allows for successful mobilization and clearance of the vascular and soft tissue calcium deposits"
Link from the user "melting": https://cjasn.asnjournals.org/content/1/6/1161

6.EDTA Chelation: WARNING THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE AND IS PURE SPECULATION. I found out about EDTA being a possible solution when I clicked a link and it brought me to a gu trying to sell a book on peyronie having it as a possible treatment. EDTA supposely sticks to metals and like calcium and removes them from the body. It has been used in plaque arteries and on eyes with calcium deposits.

https://www.nature.com/articles/eye2017264
Book I mentioned: https://peyroniesdiseasehelp.com/

Feedback wanted:That took forever well good luck experimenting and pls give me links. Also curious about that hydrocortisone one and a link for alo vera

Side note: Going to see an urologist soon and ask for pentox, cialis, and verapil shorts or verapil ionthesis or verapil/pentox/dmso cream made in a compound pharmacy. Got the idea from that old post. Am I fogetting anything or is there anyting else I should ask?
:)

Have you looked into ‘ sodium thiosulfate ‘ ? According to a study [1], it can break down calcification when applied to the skin. Another study [2] in mice shows hair regrowth.

Thanks Alex! I haven’t. I’ll check out these studies in more detail and get back to you with anything worth reporting.
In general, the calcification observed in AGA resides deeper in the skin tissues – right above/within the skull bones and emissary veins that run through them and indirectly support the tissues residing below the galea aponeurotica. So, I’m not totally sure that a topical that improves soft tissue calcification would have a major impact on the case of AGA. But then again, this research in AGA is so underserved that there’s really no way to know for sure without a clinical study.
    Best,
    Rob

what if it isn't calcium?

but dead skin build up?

so use things like urea/vitamin b5 to get rid of it

Take a decalcifcation vitamin protocol, for me it's what the original link was - Vit D with mk4 and mk7, and magnesium used everyday.
Shouldn't we also take supplemental calcium, like calcium citrate, calcium carbonate, or eggshell calcium, to reduce parathyroid hormone levels and their attendant high cellular calcium uptake?

I am confident that there is something else at play causing inflammation to the scalp whatever it is I hope we find it soon. This theory is also supported by the fact that some people have success with steroids and immunosuppressants.
I'm not sure if this has come up before, but one thing that I think Danny Roddy pointed out is that hair loss follows a pattern in areas that tend to have higher prevalence of mast cells, and their attendant histamine release.

That may be why Ginger helps, too.
