Ideal Wrist Watch?

I remember reading something about some types of watches screwing with your heart rhythm or something. Kind of made sense to me.

I think the newer high tech watches are out, as well as battery operated ones.

But for people who like (or kind of need) to wear a wrist watch, I'm wondering what the ideal components would be.

I have the same question, and in doing very preliminary research, a standard wristwatch (battery, solar, or kinetic powered) usually has some radioactive material on the watch face for reading it in the dark. Any type of ionizing radiation is probably not going to go on my wrist.

So I started researching digital watches (preferably solar powered) and came across the Garmin solar powered watches. I think the only issue is the emf exposure from the internal electronics and bluetooth (which can be turned off).

I guess the "safest" way is to go matchless. Or find a watch without an illuminated face.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

I like this watch, but it hasn't been released yet
