Ice Coffee Slushy - Easy!

[Light]

1.5 tsp Freeze Dried Coffee
4 tsp Sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix with a little boiling water to melt.

Add enough milk to fill an ice cube trey.
Leave trey in the freezer over night.

Put ice cubes in a tall glass, add some more milk.
Blitz with hand blander.

That's it

I love coffee slushies! Being a bit frugal I like to freeze leftover coffee from the coffee pot, in ice cube trays to freeze. Then I put some in the blender and fill with milk just above the cubes and add sugar to taste, sometimes even vanilla. Who needs stupid Starbucks! Thanks for reminding me Light! I just got rid on my Keurig and went back to a coffee machine with a pot again and i had forgotten about those coffee shakes!
