Creatine, calcium, cyproheptadine work well for slowing the bowel movements, but they don't resolve the ulcers and underlying inflammation.

Good bile production and release will reduce the absorption of endotoxin if you want a way that will allow you to eat a more varied diet without completely avoiding starches.
