The fructose in the studies is likely from GMO High fructose corn syrup (gmo corn) or GMO sugar beets .. table sugar is highly likely to be from gmo sugar beets.. apparently only cane sugar is GMO free.

GMO= will have glyphosate. Glyphosate = mineral chelator of copper, zinc,and many other minerals. Low copper is bad.. will lead to iron overload, will accumulate throughout your body and cause acidity, inflammation, oxidative stress etc

Coincidence there are numerous studies showing how fructose lowers copper? It's not the fructose imo, it's the Glyphosate .. this is why fruits are ok, it usually has copper and vitamin c (which has copper as part of the whole food vitamin c molecule according to M. robbins), and the sugars in it are natural without any GMOs.. fruits can therefore raise copper status, while hfcs and refined sugar deplete copper and other minerals because of that Glyphosate

Could this be why PUFAs are bad? Because vegetable oils also have glyphosate? It's definitely one of the reasons..

Animals are fed gmo corn.. maybe this is why animal FATS from non grass fed sources are considered unhealthy?

According to Google, apple cider vinegar has acetobacter which degrades Glyphosate.

So ditch that table sugar .. cane sugar if anything, and eat whole fruits for your sugar imo.

Glyphosate was discovered in 1970 and brought to market 1974.
I think amongst the evidence that Peat, Haidut and others have pointed to regarding PUFAs, significant parts of it predate that, and certainly predate both widespread GMOs and ubiquitous glyphosate.
There are other explanations for PUFAs and refined sucrose in excess causing trouble.

Glyphosate may be trouble. But not the whole trouble.
