Yeh... eating every 2 hours will do it. It takes generally 2 hours just for the stomach to start emptying and another 2 hours or so to finish and it heavily depends on what you are eating. How do you expect to not get bloating like that?

You should eat every 6-8 hours maximum.

Dairy foods almost always cause bloating especially milk. I keep dairy to around 4 servings a day, no more than that. If you shoving a bunch of dairy down all the time, that will worsen bloating. Dairy also can kill the libido if excessive as well.

If you consume dairy almost every meal your iron absorption is going to be stupid low and will cause deficiency with time, this will easily cause low libido. Your labs showed high ferritin but if they are years old we have no idea where your iron is at now due to heavy dairy intake.

This is why I save the majority of my dairy for one meal so I can absorb the iron from my other meals.

Dont know your current intake daily of folate but labs showed it borderline low. Folate supplements usually improve libido.

Excess amounts of dairy, and high copper intake with low folate/iron/zinc intakes generally will worsen libido. Even if you eat high iron foods its not going to help if you are consuming a lot of dairy together.

Dont know spanish but now in these older tests its showing prolactin was high at this time. This is why you need more recent tests to verify where you are now since strangely enough DHT, and T is showing high here.
Wow, I was eating more frequently because I have some kind of stress if I don't do this (maybe it's relates to not store glycogen really well and it's really difficult for me eating enough calories if I only do 2 meals a day to respect these 6-8 hours between meals. When I tried this, It caused me really heaviness and worse digestions.

How do you do for eating enough and nutritive food only eating every 6-8 hours? 2 meals a day?

Getting calories is important but I find I do better when I eat only 3 meals a day. Less bloating, better digestion and everything that goes with it.

That makes sense.
I notice that I have that kind of urge to eat frequently, I had also heard many times advise people to eat more calories and more during the day, as the main tool to improve metabolism.
For a long time I have had to force myself to eat larger and less frequent meals, but when I ate 2 or 3 larger meals, digestion became heavier and the problem of bloating in the lower abdomen did not seem to improve.
It only got better for a short period of time (1 month) that I was on a really stupid, very restrictive, and tremendously low calorie diet (I had no idea what I was doing at the time).
So the only thing that seems to take away my bloating is being on a very low calorie diet, which is not feasible at all. I don't know how to eat an acceptable amount of calories (1500-2000) and not have bloating ...

Have you checked your temperature and pulse rate to get an indication of your thyroid function;Temperature and Pulse Basics & Monthly Log – Functional Performance Systems (FPS)

bloating from Eating could be from having a non sterile small intestine or the food your eating isn’t digesting well due to the type of food or hypothyroidism- not producing sufficient stomach acid and enzymes, very slow digestion

My tsh is 2, I do not think it is optimal but I do not think it is something exaggerated, my testosterone is fine, it is even high, the total cholesterol is very high (260).

I think your bloating could be intestinal irritation and could also be contributing excess endotoxin into your system (plus NO and serotonin), which can cause a lot of problems, including hormonal ones. People underestimate the effect of endotoxin! Eating a carrot salad every day can have a remarkable effect on peristalsis and regularity. I make a big batch on Sunday and it lasts the entire week. I use equal parts oil and vinegar in the salad as well as salt. I tend to use olive oil, but sometimes do olive and coconut oil mix. If I use coconut oil with it, then I warm it briefly in the microwave before eating it (as I store it in the fridge).

Cascara can also help the intestine.

You need to be regular with the salad. I would even consume it at the same time everyday to allow you body to get into a new rhythm. It may take a few days to adjust.

Consider dropping grain from the diet.

I think you said those labs are a bit dated? The TSH and cholesterol suggest a bit of a sluggish thyroid. Low thyroid can affect the intestine.

Porn rewires your brain to need greater and greater dopamine (novelty) hits to feel satiated. Watching a ton of porn absolutely rewires your nuero chemistry to not really get excited about much anymore, even ***t that was once novel.

Maybe, but I don't think it's so straight-forward. A person might seek out new types of pornography, but if you put a beautiful woman in front of them in real life it's not going to be even close to the same thing as them watching a video online. I don't think it affects real world sexual experiences IMO (other than if the guy saw something on a video and tried to emulate it, but that's different). Masturbation of course could make you desire less sex if you've done it relatively recently. But that would reset itself quickly for most people I'd think.

There are confounding factors as well. The type of person prone to becoming obsessive about pornography (or anything else) might also already have a hormonal profile that encourages obsessive behaviour. So is it the pornography causing the problem, or the hormonal profile that was already present, or a combination?

I agree with the previous post. Carrot salad on empty stomach and baking soda 2-3 tsp/day 30-45 minutes after meals healed me completely from gut/intestine issues. I have also noticed in the past that eating conventional bread gives me gas and some times dandruff. I only eat bread that I make myself now. I dont think eating every 2 hours is bad unless you cant support it. Try to make it 3 hours with a bit larger quantities at first or eat when you feel light.

I eat frequently, almost every 2 hours.

My main foods are spelt sourdough bread, milk, sugar, tons of cheeses, meat from chicken, lamb, pork, fruit, juices, ice crean, butter, olive oil, rice, potatoes. Once un a while prawns, beef liver and white fish.

I have a chronic low belly bloating and I can't fix It. I tried no fiber for one week, no gluten for 20 days and It didnt work for me.

How can I adress my hipo issues? I think I'm eating enough calories and enough sugar, not doing exercise but It doesn't change. I don't know what to try.

- I have to do a really restricting diet until I manage to fix my bloating? (I have tried un the past only geting constipation and weight loss, what I don't want, my weight is 60kg and my height 1,77m ).

- I'm eating every 2 hours and enough sugar and salt. Could eating so frequently a problem for the bloating? I try to eat enough and it's the easiest way to make It.

A short answer to how I would adress my hypo issues if I was in your place. The foods you eat are fine. Eliminate fish and bread. Eat only very well cooked white potatos and white rice for starch. Add gelatin to your diet. Consider supplementation of D and K2. And most important of all, increase calories.

Great post, love this. I need to try to the teaspoon of baking soda 45 mins after each of my three meals. What’s the largest benefit that you gained here with regards to fixing digestion...is it the increase in CO2? Just wondering.... when I have a large steak once or twice a week, is the reduction in stomach acid from the baking soda likely to be an issue? Very much appreciated!

You might want to look into a daily carrot salad or some equivalent like activated charcoal for the bloating [I see someone else has suggested it too]. As to your hormonal profile, I don't really understand hormonal measurements enough to comment. I'm guessing your daily temperature measurements would be low, and you're probably somewhat hypothyroid (who isn't?), I've been dressing up warmer lately a la Steve Richfield, and finding myself with stronger morning erections, possibly related.

But specifically regarding sexuality, I can suggest certain bodywork ideas to help. I'm guessing you're quite sedentary based on your descriptions, so likely you have quite tight hips, tight hamstrings, and weaker glute muscles. So my first suggestion is to squat in the shower. Take a waterproof stopwatch in there and squat down for 5 mins under hot water, help the energy sink to the more sexual regions.

My second suggestion is yin yoga for the lower body. Pigeon (or swan) pose held for 3 mins each on both sides (gently, you don't push for a deep stretch in yin yoga) would probably loosen you up. Other exercises that might help would be a wide knee child pose, butterfly pose, and one, I forget what it's called, buy you jest sit on the floor with your legs straight out, a belt wrapped around your feet, and lean forward for a hamstring stretch.

In the ayurvedic or traditional Chinese system (or both, I forget which), sexuality is keenly linked to the hips, hamstrings, and maybe lower back. I'm assuming that getting the energy flowing there may activate dormant impulses. There's plenty of good material available free online if you think any of this may help.

Later on, something like 5-8 rep sets trap bar deadlifts may help, if you can handle it. Though squats and traditional deadlifts are easier to find the equipment for, I think the trap bar is easier for slightly higher rep deadlifts and less pressure on the spine than squats..

Bicarbonate sodium is naturally protective for the intestine. It can probably cause issues if you have low stomach acid yes. I always get a burp from driking soda. Probably a good indication you are okay concerning stomach acid. If your diet has plenty OJ you likely dont have a low stomach acid issue. If this is an issue you can try some tbsp of apple cider vinegar.

@haidut what is the better option for your Cortinon the one that is in ethanol/sfa or tocopherols? What’s stronger? What’s the difference with the solvents?

So the only thing that seems to take away my bloating is being on a very low calorie diet, which is not feasible at all. I don't know how to eat an acceptable amount of calories (1500-2000) and not have bloating ...
What supplements or drugs have you used in the last 6 months?
None

Thank you, I would try to eat raw carrot salad once a day everyday. I don't notice vas digestion if I eat frequently, despite this, I bloat.

This is really Interesting, stretches that you comment are are they dedicated to improving the erection or something like that or rather to sexuality?
It's the first time that I hear about Steve Richfield, I'm going to investigate about It.

Yes but not by just doing these two. First eliminate the foods that cause this problem. Carrot and soda will help reverse the situtation you are in.
