I have absolutely no libido. I don't know if it could be related to my belly swelling (it's not fat, it's bloating) but for a long, long time I haven't needed to have sex or masturbate, which I don't think is normal at this age. of 25.

To solve my bloating problems I have tried reducing the amount of fiber in my diet and it doesn't seem to work, I just got constipated.

I have blood tests that show there is no hormonal imbalance.
My tsh is 2, I do not think it is optimal but I do not think it is something exaggerated, my testosterone is fine, it is even high, the total cholesterol is very high (260).

I don't know what I can do to improve this problem, I have no sexual drive and during my adolescence and at 19-20 it was not like that.

Have you had problems of this style? I would like to know what has really worked for you to improve your libido in a significant way.

One thing I just remembered is that I haven't had an erection in the morning for literally years. If I intend to masturbate or have sex I can get an erection and do but my desire and performance is low, I really don't feel like it.

Thanks.

Did you get prolactin tested? Because of that is high that is likely to be the cause for asexual tendences.

Do you get all essential micronutrients in the diet? You say you have a bloating problem so I assume you are restricting foods.

How would porno contribute to his issue?
It doesn't. Sam doesn't know how to read. Its right there in the OP he said he has no sexual drive which means no drive for any sexual activity at all, cannot get more simple. We always get a gut reaction post from a nofapper to stop watching porn in every sex related thread.

Porn rewires your brain to need greater and greater dopamine (novelty) hits to feel satiated. Watching a ton of porn absolutely rewires your nuero chemistry to not really get excited about much anymore, even ***t that was once novel.

Its also normal to have up and down periods of libido that correlate with how you feel about your life and the emotions you are experiencing. You going thru anything particularily tough rn? Like isolation induced via a global pandemic? Or maybe some unresolved trauma in your life? Hormones don't exist in a vacuum, your nutrition, how you feel about your life, and environmental toxins all play into libido.

Get prolactin tested as redsun mentioned. Take thyroid, lower water intake/increase salt (Peat recommends Morton's Canning & Pickling), increase calcium to phosphate ratio to lower prolactin if it's high. Many things affect prolactin but it's a sign of everything tending in a wrong direction if it's high.

Lol at thinking sexuality and libido is only material/chemical and anyone who disagrees with you can't read.

No proof of this. Just nofap dogma. Not too mention OP already said he is not even watching porn nowadays. Points to hormone/chemical problem causing asexual tendencies/low libido.

Sexuality and libido is biochemical einstein. You can't read because you literally cannot. Not because you disagreed with me. You are just a nofap simpleton and the nofap sciencebros got you rewire your own brain to immediately think "oh its because of porn duh" when it clearly said in the original post he has no desire for sex or masturbation. You would think it would be obvious given this information that he's probably not watching porn either.

Porn does not cause erectile dysfunction, or libido problems. Bad physical health and hormonal imbalances cause these problems. That is a fact.

Eating liver has kickstarted my libido twice the last year. Probably won't do anything for you, but it's worth a shot.

Try yerba mate instead of coffee or tea. After I have started using less coffee and started yerba mate daily, my libido has increased. I use 2-3 tbs of yerba mate daily, and drink in the morning 1-2 hrs. before breakfast. Yerba mate does not get me irritated if I use it without food or milk.

Your exams show signs of hypothyroidism. Kinda lowish Free T3, T4 and high-ish rt3. Also you have high free cholesterol another sign of hypo thyroidism. Although prolactin and T I think are good (prolactin could be better in 4-7), as these would be the most frequent indicators of low sex drive. Maybe you have other issue that affects both your metabolism and sexual energy. I would address my hypo issues first if I was in your place. Libido will be most probably fixed if you fix those. Maybe trying to increase dopamine and lower serotonin ? Gelatin, carrot salad + cocoa in my milk work well for me for serotonin/dopamine.

Check your FREE T (and SHBG). In my case, T was fine but I was low free-T due to chronic caloric restriction. Also, you should check estradiol (estrogen).

Your vitamin D is low, supplement with vitamin D and K2 (I got massive boost of libido after my first K2 dose).

Also, aside from nutrition, one thing that has helped be a lot is bioenergetic stretching. Devaraj Sandberg on Youtube. Try Bow And Arch exercise and probably Pelvic floor release / psoas release might be some good stretching routines.

I eat frequently, almost every 2 hours.

My main foods are spelt sourdough bread, milk, sugar, tons of cheeses, meat from chicken, lamb, pork, fruit, juices, ice crean, butter, olive oil, rice, potatoes. Once un a while prawns, beef liver and white fish.

I have a chronic low belly bloating and I can't fix It. I tried no fiber for one week, no gluten for 20 days and It didnt work for me.

How can I adress my hipo issues? I think I'm eating enough calories and enough sugar, not doing exercise but It doesn't change. I don't know what to try.

- I have to do a really restricting diet until I manage to fix my bloating? (I have tried un the past only geting constipation and weight loss, what I don't want, my weight is 60kg and my height 1,77m ).

- I'm eating every 2 hours and enough sugar and salt. Could eating so frequently a problem for the bloating? I try to eat enough and it's the easiest way to make It.

I just found some older hormonal blood tests, are from 2018-2019. I already had all these problems that I report, once again my doctor said that everything was fine.

Yeh... eating every 2 hours will do it. It takes generally 2 hours just for the stomach to start emptying and another 2 hours or so to finish and it heavily depends on what you are eating. How do you expect to not get bloating like that?

You should eat every 6-8 hours maximum.

Dairy foods almost always cause bloating especially milk. I keep dairy to around 4 servings a day, no more than that. If you shoving a bunch of dairy down all the time, that will worsen bloating. Dairy also can kill the libido if excessive as well.

If you consume dairy almost every meal your iron absorption is going to be stupid low and will cause deficiency with time, this will easily cause low libido. Your labs showed high ferritin but if they are years old we have no idea where your iron is at now due to heavy dairy intake.

This is why I save the majority of my dairy for one meal so I can absorb the iron from my other meals.

Dont know your current intake daily of folate but labs showed it borderline low. Folate supplements usually improve libido.

Excess amounts of dairy, and high copper intake with low folate/iron/zinc intakes generally will worsen libido. Even if you eat high iron foods its not going to help if you are consuming a lot of dairy together.

Dont know spanish but now in these older tests its showing prolactin was high at this time. This is why you need more recent tests to verify where you are now since strangely enough DHT, and T is showing high here.

Environment plays a role and you cannot separate a person from their environment and experiences. It seems as if someone is dealing with an addiction or something there some issue physiologically;
