I inhaled chimney smoke from the boiler outside, now I got physical anxiety hours later

Hi all, I was in the door opening smoking a cigarette when smoke from a pipe or chimney however you wanna call it came inside and I inhaled it. It is from the boiler.

Several hours later I have physical anxiety which I normally never have around this time. Is this from the boiler smoke?

Did it cause brain damage?

I was just becoming stable on my valium dose these days so if this remains permanent I'm really bummed.

Probably not any more dangerous than cigarette smoke.
