The last time I had some burn at night, I had more fats including avocado, and less protein, which was good cheese....

Again, the main problem with paleo is to eat too much nuts!

My update. I stopped having beans for insomnia. Too much carbs for me. Instead, I have began drinking a quart or so of grass-fed whole unhomogenized milk daily for a three weeks.
This has helped me get a full night's sleep on a pretty regular basis, especially if I have nothing but a glass of milk for supper.
I feel this is a protocol I can continue.
