@sladerunner69 Interesting comments about you ramping metabolism up too much with things like andro, caffeine, t3, etc. I noticed that I can do that rather easily and the thing that easily brings me back on line every time is getting b-vitamins up, niacinamide, p5p, thiamine, riboflavin, and biotin taken frequently. Also adding glycine, lysine and taurine to that mix seems to help. Just my two cents, I think that having the metabolism burning high can really run through nutrients faster than one might imagine. Maybe some zinc too. Just my two cents :).

Yes, especially copper as well. I used to notice my skin looking strange until I started eating liver and oysters regularly.

Dr. Peat seems to think colloidal silver is toxic:
Peat's Opinion On Colloidal Silver ?
Peat is wrong about silver and wrong about many things... never trust one source.

And there are around 100,000 POSITIVE reviews of colloidal silver products on Amazon... no Smurfs.
BTW: Silver Wings is the best.
I've used colloidal silver for many years... it works, and I have not always used the best brands.

I had horrible "crown" of HPV on penis all around the head. Got it after binging on MDMA and having sex all around for 3 days, no sleep, Viagra involved:)))) the doc I went to wanted ridiculous amount of money to remove it with laser. It went away completely just after one week on gluten free diet. I googled and found that anti-gliadin antibodies somehow block another antibodies body uses to fight HPV.
Wow that is quite the testimonial!

LOL!! Too much info? I am a fan of CDS, colloidal silver (Silver Wings brand)... I think either may help the poor lad...

HPV is serious stuff... a friend had her brother just got diagnosed with Stage IV throat cancer, his Docs think it was caused by HPV from oral sex. Jeeze!!
(He is going with his Big Pharma Docs, refused to consider ivermectin, fenbendazole, CDS, high-dose IV vitamin C, methylene blue, or anything else. I think his chances are slim.) :-(

That is just scary! Have you heard of that blue man who took too much of that silver?

VERY scary! I guess I'll stick to handshakes and maybe a kiss on the cheek (no, not THAT cheek!)

Yes, Papa Smurf, recently deceased... he took his own home-made silver concoction, very dangerous. Makes WAY too large silver particles... true colloidal silver is very safe and very effective, I don't think it can compare with chlorine dioxide solution (CDS), but probably is better than or equal to methylene blue for killing off viruses and bacteria. Not as good overall for mitochondria benefits...
Peat supposedly was strongly against it, but I think he was misinformed. Over 100,000 positive reviews of colloidal silver products on Amazon, no smurfs. Silver Wings Brand is the best... though the guy in the video pumps a different (still worthy) brand...

Ha! Ha! Ha! Kiss on the cheek, yeah right! Just kiss the girl, above the shoulders, and eat a big spoonful of raw honey, that is my strategy! You would think Papa Smurf would have stopped at a pale lavender.

HAH! ah well, my love life is lacking currently... so no prob. :-(

I think the turning blue thing, argyria, is a thing that happens suddenly, after taking in too much silver proteins... no one ever got this from legit colloidal silver, or even ionic or nano silver solutions... almost always from homemade "colloidal" silver makers.

I think it is extremely rare... but Big Pharma makes a big deal about it being a threat for ALL colloidal silver... similar to their demonization of Ivermectin, CDS, HCQ... on and on... sad times we live in... corruption is rampant in every walk of life...
Here I am in a movie you may have seen...

I was kidding... that movie is a classic... Gigi I think is the title... cute flick. No, I am not THAT old! :):
I did not think you could be that old. I really do not like musicals. You’d think I should, being all cheerful most of the time, and listening to my jazz channel 24/7, but I just want to climb a wall when a movie breaks into a song.

No, not THAT old... 😉 and I don't like musicals either... make me sort of cringe... I don't seem to have the comedy gene either, for some reason... I don't find newer movies to be worth a damn either, with a few exceptions...
Old B&W westerns, Lebowski, of course, movies like Vertical limit, the Missing, I like McMurtry miniseries... but mostly read and watch sports, as long as they have not gone too "woke"... like the NBA
I listen to jazz too, but only in teh car... we have a decent jazz station here... but hourly they do the news, I think it is NPR, which I dislike (too liberal).

Funny I listen to classic rock music in the car. I need that extra edge when I am out and about among people. I’d rather play sports than sit and watch them, and I am with you on the black & white movies, they are my favorite, while comedy movies are a joke, pun intended. I feel movies nowadays, insult our intelligence and are so predictable. I spend more time reading too.

I still like 70's and 80's rock... a lot... and yes, it fires one up more than jazz... I work out a lot, 3-4X/week weights and cardio... but no sports... I used to be a rabid golfer, I might get back into that... I played football through 2 years of college, all ti did was break a few bones and give me back problems... fun tho...
I read almost all fiction... some faves are Baldacchi, Crais, Hunter, Child, Hart, Woods... WEB Griffin, **** Francis, Wilbur Smith, James Clavell, L'Amour... etc...
