Here are some questions/thoughts.
-Why didn't you wear condom for oral sex?(many sex workers do condom only for any orifice).
-What sti/std research did you do before your sexual experience?
-Many porn companies require full std/sti blood testing every 2 weeks so they can work. IIRC HSV is one of the common ones.
You can contact the companies/actors/actresses/sex workers etc and ask about safety, health, viral, bacteria, any questions to them to get an idea.
Or google info and find interviews. You could try porn out. Though some porn genres people are battling more than just hsv.
Having no consequences after sex is one of porn's biggest myths/fantasies. Pleasure only.
Having to do blood testing every 2 weeks for some companies prove this. Having to be on birth control or other medications/recreational substances for the job.
-There are some hsv/sti dating sites IIRC.
-Get full std panel testing for future sex partner and yourself. Though I think if herpes is dormant it cannot come up as positive, not 100% sure on this.
-Naltrexone (low dose) is said to help. Along with good sleep, nutrition, hormone status.
-Some people who have done xxx for decades are still alive and look pretty good for their age.
-There are good quality sex toys on the market such as life size dolls which for the "feel" is pretty life like. Not common for men to use toy's in films, but more common for women to use toys (dildo's/vibrators seem to be most common) etc. Nothing wrong with toys.

Because wearing condoms for oral sex its fun at all lol, it's safe and responsible but definitely not fun. You just cant feel anything.

Thanks for giving me hope! I have my test today so we will see..and yeah your right what I did wasnt smart. But understand that I grew up on porn cause of my social anxiety, so my idea of sex is probably skewed....as long as I can have sex when I don't have a outbreak I think I can live with that.

Just got a blood test, will see results on Thursday...I haven't been in this much serious pain from a virus for as long as I can remember omg...the flu symptoms along with the burning & aching is on another level....

Stay positive, try not to stress too much, keep doing whatever you can to get it down and learn (we’ve all done stupid stuff in life and the main thing is to learn from experiences). Sometimes good things come out of bad events, depending on your perspective.

I caught herpes from my first husband. The first outbreak was horrible. I was sick with all the same symptoms as you.

Coconut oil stopped the pain and healed up the sores quickly. I never had a second outbreak in the 40 years since.

My second, current husband had cold sores, which are related to herpes. Coconut oil healed those up quickly as well, and he hasn't had an outbreak in years.

My sister caught herpes in her early 20s. She had 2 or 3 outbreaks, then never had another one in the 30+ years since. She eats a standard American diet. She's had two kids since.

Yes you can spread HSV-2 while it is dormant, it's just much more likely to spread when you have an active outbreak.
For example this girl most likely didn't have an active outbreak and still spread it to you.

I took finasteride over 8 years ago and I still can't have sexual intercourse. But that's really the least concern of mine - it is the brain fog and headaches so severely debilitatibg that I can barely tie my shoes or work for money, and I had to drop out of college. Chronic constipation hurt my back and spine, now I can't stand up for over 10minutes at a time without serious pain.

Sorry you are dealing with HPV. Not fun. But your life is not ruined, everything in perspective.
