if I have a normal sized meal after or immediatly I get this high /dizzy feeling that lasts like for a while then goes down until I eat my next meal... Is this a sign of too much serotonin?

Have you said anything about what/how often/how much you are eating?
When you need it, food is a desirable source of fuel and other nutrition for producing energy and body structure. Eating is supposed to feel good (when you need it).
Chronic undereating, or going too long between meals * can be a source of dis/stress.

*Edit to add: ...or eating food that is deficient in some nutient/s essential to well-being ...

For like a month I ate only rice and honey. Towards the end I was always feeling dizzy after a meal. Adding fat back in made it go away. Never was sure what it was.
