I feel that my cure is near, every day more, with more research and testing I get improvements, windows and sometimes permanent improvements.
I'll list what I've been doing and hope it can help you in some way:

The first thing I found out about PSSD was that no drug in the pharmacy brought me permanent improvement. Cialis could improve erection but it made my orgasm worse, for example. The drugs charge her body cost and I'm already paying too much for the use of the antidepressant.

So I started researching herbal medicines and treatments that act like pharmaceutical drugs and this is what has helped me and has been responsible for a large part of my lasting improvement.

Other points I noticed:
- not always pro serotonin worsens pssd. A person in depression does not get sexual function either. So give tryptophan a try, especially if it's coming from something organic without processing.

- animal protein seriously worsens my condition. I have no idea why this happens. But since I realized that I only eat fish (the most acceptable to me) once or twice a week and I still have losses.

I'll mention what I've used and helped me and the 'supposed' reason (in parentheses) .
I will mark with an asterisk (*) what I currently use

- Green dwarf banana biomass
Biomass is a prebiotic, it feeds the good intestinal bacteria, contributing to the increase of intestinal gases that help in the production of nitric oxide.
It is also rich in potassium and tryptophan, makes you sleep better and makes you calmer, less listless and in a mood to beat PSSD. I also notice a huge increase in libido, sexual thoughts and fantasies. But for this the intestine has to function every day. *

- Rhodiola Rosea
Adaptogen that improves adrenal function, reducing stress and cortisol.
In me it has an improvement effect on brain fog and ADHD (thing I gained with pssd) *

- Juice and pomegranate tea
(seed juice and bark tea)
It greatly increases choline and is an antioxidant, so it has two ways to treat PSSD by removing free radicals and increasing choline (which is also reduced with the use of antidepressants) *

- Nicotinamide
I started using it to reverse the damage to the nicotine receptors in the brain because I was a smoker. And I noticed an absurd improvement in mood, erection and penile lubrication *

- Intermittent fasting
I notice a big improvement in mood when I practice regularly. Emotions are more surfaced. I can cry and feel life again.
This is one of the hardest for me, as I have a restrictive diet and I'm always hungry. *

- vitamin b12 (greatly improves erection by supporting the nerves. There is a theory on the forums that PSSD is caused by wear on the nerves. Mainly the pudendal nerve)

- acupuncture (this requires a professional, but helps with many symptoms)

- removal of xenoeatrogens, such as plastic, pesticides, soy, chlorine, fluor, etc... (These mess up the testosterone receptors and even if yours is high, it will not be used

It is very important to research and adapt to your case. For the PSSD is also individual. So with some clues you can go directing.
Never give up and never stop trying.

A tremendous change of habit and especially of consciousness is needed. There is no pill that cures PSSD and it never will.

Good luck!

I have PFS from using dutasteride.

I started using DHEA just 5mg a day at the moment topically and it has made a lot of my symptoms better, stronger more firm erections and more libido. low dose topical pregnanlone also helped. Progesterone in small doses helped initially but over time its effects changed.

2000mg and more of calcium, making sure my vitamin D is up and taking vitamin K2 daily are also important for my erections.

I take thyroid too but it didnt help much with erections. However, it helped a lot with other things.

Could you rank them in order of acceptability, starting from most to least?

Here is another person who doesn't know how to use search engines.
PSSD could mean anything for someone. I find it pretty lousy to assume everybody knows it or should.
I find your reaction also pretty lousy, it is not helping anybody.
Of course my question was of the intent to invoke clarification on what the condition is about so other ppl could possibly chime in.
But apparently ppl are feeling to lousy to even answer such simple questions So I will do it for them.

This condition is also known as SSRI-ISD or Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor Induced Sexual Dysfunction.
It happens that I have come good understanding of this condition, because I have been researching it for myself.

Fair enough. I offer an apology. You clearly have good intentions.

I did not know the condition was called SSRI-ISD so I learned something new. :)

WAY-100635 is the cure.
jjjeah, that seems unlikely.
WAY-100635 is a serotonin antagonist on the 5-ht1a pre-and post receptors. that at first seems to be potential medicine to undo ssri damage.
Assuming this is the cure comes from the fact that SSRI have the tendency to desensitize this receptor and uncouple them from the G protein and loses its function, for a while.
But this will restore itself after discontinuation of SSRI and restore to normal activity.
What is more disturbing is that the 5HT transporters are actually more damaged and disappear entirely. [edit] But will even these restore to a certain extent ? that is not clear to me..

Serotonin (5-HT) 5-HT(1A) autoreceptors (5-HT(1A)autoR) and the plasmalemmal 5-HT transporter (SERT) are key elements in the regulation of central 5-HT function and its responsiveness to antidepressant drugs. Previous immuno-electron microscopic studies in rats have demonstrated an internalization of 5-HT(1A)autoR upon acute administration of the selective agonist 8-OH-DPAT or the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressant fluoxetine. Interestingly, it was subsequently shown in cats as well as in humans that this internalization is detectable by positron emission tomography (PET) imaging with the 5-HT(1A) radioligand [(18)F]MPPF. Further immunocytochemical studies also revealed that, after chronic fluoxetine treatment, the 5-HT(1A)autoR, although present in normal density on the plasma membrane of 5-HT cell bodies and dendrites, do not internalize when challenged with 8-OH-DPAT. Resensitization requires several weeks after discontinuation of the chronic fluoxetine treatment. In contrast, the SERT internalizes in both the cell bodies and axon terminals of 5-HT neurons after chronic but not acute fluoxetine treatment. Moreover, the total amount of SERT immunoreactivity is then reduced, suggesting that SERT is not only internalized, but also degraded in the course of the treatment. Ongoing and future investigations prompted by these finding are briefly outlined by way of conclusion. -source

Chronic SSRI are also having downstream alterations to the GABA system. -source

About Rhodiola, it has the effect after quitting smoking or nicotine in lab rats, to actually restore the serotonin 5HT1a feedback mechanism. Which is damaged also by SSRI and it helps to increase the metabolism of serotonin in the brain and restore 5HT structure in depressive rats. So I also feel this is a good one to take when weaning off any of those.
And another alternative could be Selank the russian peptide nootropic.

Personally, I dont have the erection problems but apathy and orgasm anhedonia from it in the past.
What seems to work the best for me was snorting DHEA. Much improvements. Now using progest-e with DHEA
