Found a little something for ya:

Varicose veins
Joseph E. Pizzorno ND, ... Herb Joiner-Bey ND, in The Clinician's Handbook of Natural Medicine (Third Edition), 2016

Dietary factors

Fiber: varicose veins are rarely seen in parts of world with high-fiber, unrefined diets. A low-fiber diet contributes to the development of varicose veins because of the need to strain more during bowel movements (smaller, harder stools are more difficult to pass). Straining increases abdominal pressure, obstructing return of blood through the legs. Long-term increased pressure may weaken the vein wall, causing varicosities or hemorrhoids, or may weaken wall of large intestine, producing diverticuli. A high-fiber diet is the most important treatment and preventive measure for varicose veins (and hemorrhoids).

Bulking agents: psyllium seed, pectin, and guar gum have a mild laxative action. They attract water and form a gelatinous mass, keeping feces soft, promoting peristalsis, and reducing straining during defecation.

Flavonoid-rich berries: hawthorn berries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries contain proanthocyanidins and anthocyanidins—flavonoids that improve the integrity of ground substance.

Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum): contains rutin. Dose: tea standardized to contain 5% total flavonoids, yielding 270 mg of rutin daily.

These extracts are effective because they do the following:
•Reduce capillary fragility
•Increase integrity of venous wall
•Inhibit breakdown of ground substance compounds
•Improve venous muscular tone

Use of berries and their extracts or grapeseed or pine bark is indicated to treat varicose veins and to prevent them.

Avoid any Nitric oxide raising food, like garlic or onion, sulfur rich food and spices.
Garlic can raise NO production for 7 days.

Curcumin is a NO scavenger and can decrease peroxynitrite and nitrotyrosine effects in varicocele
-take a curcumin bio-availability boosted supplement, or with Piperine or BioPerine.

- drink your milk, with cinnamon, for increased OPC, proanthocyanidins

edit: grapeseed extract can indeed lower iNOS
Grape-seed procyanidins act as antiinflammatory agents in endotoxin-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages by inhibiting NFkB signaling pathway. - PubMed - NCBI
...and lower endotoxic effects
GSPE showed anti-inflammatory effects by decreasing the proinflammatory marker NOx in the plasma, red blood cells, spleen, and liver. Moreover, the high pharmacological dose also downregulated the genes Il-6 and iNos; and the high nutritional dose decreased the glutathione ratio (GSSG/total glutathione), further illustrating the antioxidant capability of GSPE.

Resveratrol is just an anti-aromatase.
I would take beta-sitosterol, low dose licorice root to displace estradiol from SHBG.
edit.
correction: no not tribulus terrestris this increase Nitric Oxide, and is vasodilator. you dont want that.

Licorice is completely unnecessary.

Why choose licorice when there are so many herbs that won't raise cortisol or BP?

To lower estradiol, and increase binding of testosterone onto it.
SHBG is seen as a inactivator of androgens, but this is not so. It actually has an receptor on tissues, making SHBG bound testosteron or estrogen bioactive.
DHT and estradiol both bind with the same affinity to SHBG.
So to shift the balance toward testosterone you want to displace estradiol from SHBG, making more room for testosterone to bind.
Thus more bioavailable testosterone to bind to tissue with SHBG-R.
And so excreting excess estrogen out of the body

I should also try a good rutin supplement

I would advise using Gotu kola with Vit. E against estrogen (they synergize), coz it also helps to increase the synthesis of the collagen of the veins themselves and support the healing, along side the bio-boosted curcumin.

How much vitamin E I heard in high doses it lowers test is that true?
