I can only sleep 7 hours

If I go to sleep at 8:30 I wake up at 3:30, if I go to bed at 9:30 I wake up at 4:30, and if I go to bed at about 10:00 I wake up at 5:00. Does anyone know what causes this?
Cyproheptadine anchors morning sleep in my experience. 1 mg is plenty. Phenibut can create an awesome night's sleep too, but can become addictive. Occasional use if fine.

I don't think it's a bad thing at all.

Have the opposite problem myself - sleeping 10+ hours/night no matter what lol
