Hi sweetie, I'm no lady :lol: what do you want to know?
Hatha yoga, mainly through pranayama will definitely increase CO2. Asana (the postures) are usually practiced in combination with pranayama, so CO2 and prana (energy) increases. I've blogged about most of this already though.
