So I had a sudden shivering and pounding heart about 10 minutes after eating an overripe apple. It tasted kinda starchy (what you get when storing fruit in fridge too long, which is what they do to get 'fresh fruit' in spring in the Netherlands). Any explanation for this very sudden and scary reaction?
