low vitamin d, not eating enough calcium everyday
Doesn't D3 often cause hypercalcemia? It seems to for me at least. I take a fairly low dose of 2000IU daily of D3 (oral spray, but I've used every possible supplemental form with the same results) and it makes me very bloated and constipated within 4 or so days. As far as I can tell it seems to be hypercalcemia. I also take K2 which seems to cause the same digestive issues alone, so it doubles down when taken with D3. I do take magnesium (have tried many different forms) and it doesn't help.

I'm also curious if there is any way to treat hypercalcemia when it looks to be caused by supplementation.
