Hello guys,
like many here I like my nutrients coming from real food or where supplements are concerned, purest possible powders.
Some person very dear to me I finally convinced of taking some supplements, but she or he would only opt for capsules.
I've found the desired supps in question from a very good source that offers its stuff pure with capsules made from Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) also dubbed as platn-based cellulose.
Now, I know this is not ideal to ingest stuff like that. But my question here is if it hinders or diminishes absorption/bioavailability of the actual supp-substance like a pure Vitamin?
THe capsule itself is easily dissolved in water or even in the mouth by saliva, so my guess is absorption wise it won't interfere much - on the other hand, it is suposed to become more rigid/gel-like with increase in temperature.
Any knoledge about it?
