I had not heard of Ivan Neumyvakin before you posting this. After looking him up, some of his theories resonate with to Ray Peats, with unconventional opinions of drinking hydrogen peroxide and turpentine and similar cancer theories of too much oxygen in the body being a negative thing, hense bag breathing and apparently hydrogen peroxide being methods for removing it. Have you tried hydrogen peroxide yet ste7en91?

Yes I have, I'm recently taking 2-3 drops of 3% first thing in the morning.

In glass of water first thing in the morning without supplements because they will oxidize
