Hungarian Liver Soup

i made this today and it was SOO good. Substituted bread crumbs for gluten free ones which are just corn meal and salt. It was excellent :)

I only put one meatball in the first bowl I took out because I was so scared to eat a liver meatball. But it actually tastes very good with the egg and breadcrumbs and it's why I felt it should be shared here!

Liver that is boiled in a soup is actually really good, in my opinion. I'll have to try it out!
