Human studies showing androgenic benefits of SFA?

Got into a heated argument on a FB group on the topic of Testosterone and would like to support the benefits of SFA: generally and / or compared to PUFA / MUFA.
Looked it up on the forum, only found mice related studies.
Looking for either human studies or resources that explain the benefits of SFA from a biochemical standpoint.

I would worry more about yourself and less about getting into silly social media arguments. If folks want to chow down on pufa, let them. It's their life and their choice to. Folks have the right to believe what they want to. It shouldnt rile you any if their views oppose your own.
