Hard to know. could have been too much of something - was that just chicken, or chicken with other things?I ate a few hundred grams of chicken, nearly a half hour ago. Now, I'm barely keep my eyes open. A sudden sleepiness and fatigue appears every time when I eat something sugary or high in protein. What do you think?
Or could have just been the body going into rest and recover mode when it got useful food. Were you sleep-deprived before?
